Client’s Responsibilities

  • Complete a COVID-19-Inspired Informed Consent to Treat, . . . form (printable) in advance of your appointment.

  • Avoid bringing non-essential items to appointment. Instead, leave them at home or in car: [i.e. jewelry (except for wedding rings), watches, scarves, hair accessories, hats, water bottles . . .)]. The most you should have to remove or store once you are in the treatment room is your shirt, pants/skirt, dress, undergarments, wallet/purse).

  • Wear a mask to your appointment for consultation and feedback time, and to wear during treatment (while face up or side-lying). 

Therapist’s Responsibilities

  • Serve only in a state of wellness (cancel/reschedule appointment if ill). 

  • Wear gloves and a mask when working on client’s face.

  • Wear mask during talk-centered opening and closing intake and feedback consultations.

  • Implement wildly obsessive cleaning and sanitation protocols.


Online Booking is the way to schedule an appointment with your therapist, whether you are a new or returning client. Same-day booking is not an option (appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance).


Payment is due upon booking. Tips are an option. 

Cash tips are preferred.


Intake Forms

A HighVibe Living Intake Form must be completed in advance of your session, whether you bring the completed form with you, or arrive 10 minutes early to complete it at HighVibe Living.


Time is valuable, and timely communication is key. When possible, please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Cancellations that occur less than 24 hours in advance will require payment in full.

Running Late

If you are running late, contact your therapist as soon as possible. If you are 10 minutes late, and you have not communicated with your therapist, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and full payment will be required.
