CLIENT ORIENTATION
WELCOME! Whether you're a new or existing member, we're thrilled to orient you to HighVibe Living's flow a best practices.
ONLINE BOOKING & PAYMENT
Booking must take place at least 24 hours in advance. Upon reserving your appointment, you must leave a valid credit/debit card on file. You will also be given the option to submit payment at that time. Payments that are not submitted at the time of booking will be processed by HighVibe Living no later than 24 hours in advance of your appointment and no sooner than the first day of the month in which your care is scheduled to be rendered (i.e. we will submit payment for a January 17th booking between January 1st and January 16th).
REGISTER FOR AN ACCOUNT (Highly Recommended)
Once you book, a confirmation popup will appear that includes a 'Register for Account' link, which enables you to manage your appointments and view your appointment history at your convenience.
ARRIVAL FLOW
We are located at 106 Cannons Lane, Louisville, KY 40206.
Our entrance is in the back.
1. Park out back, out front, or use Cannons Lane street parking.
2. Press the button on the CLINIC entrance no more than 5 minutes in advance of your appointment. Your therapist will greet you.
3. Remove your shoes in the reception nook.
APPOINTMENT FLOW
1. Verbal intake and, if needed, your practitioner will apply a physical assessment
2. Therapeutic application(s).
3. Transition & applicable feedback.
CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you have the option to either reschedule your appointment, or to gift your appointment to someone else within 12 months of cancellation. We do NOT offer refunds for booking payments; if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, or do not show up for your appointment, you will forfeit the pre-paid session (also applicable to subscription and gift certificate appointments).
Canceling MORE than 24 Hours in Advance
To initiate a cancellation MORE than 24 hours in advance, log on to your Acuity Scheduling account or return to your appointment confirmation email and click the Cancel button (if you are seeking to reschedule, click the Reschedule button).
Canceling LESS than 24 Hours in Advance
To initiate a cancellation less than 24 hours in advance, send a text message to 106hvl@gmail.com that includes your first and last name and that expresses your intention to cancel.
TARDINESS
To communicate that you are running late, send a text message to 106hvl@gmail.com that includes your first and last name. If you are 10 minutes late, and you have not communicated with us, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and you will forfeit the pre-paid session.

A HighVibe Care Plan is a document that includes your:

6. progress notes
