CLIENT ORIENTATION

WELCOME! Whether you're a new or existing member, we're thrilled to orient you to HighVibe Living's flow a best practices.

SCHEDULING

1. Please book online at least 24 hours in advance.

2. Once you book, a confirmation popup will appear that includes:

(A) a 'Register for Account' button, which is a great option if you would like to track your appointments and login to your account to book future appointments without having to repeat the intake process.

(B) and a QR code that you can use to download the booking app if you prefer the convenience of booking from your phone. This option allows you all of the same advantages as having a registered account.

PAYMENT & TIPS

1. Prepayment is a part of the online booking process.

2. While tips are not expected or required, they are deeply appreciated.

 

ARRIVAL

1. Arrive no more than 5 minutes in advance of your scheduled session.

2. Notify us of your arrival by pressing the doorbell on the Clinic door out back.  

3. Be prepared to remove your shoes in the reception nook.

CLINIC CULTURE & FLOW (Inside)

1. Please speak in low tones to avoid disrupting the therapeutic experience of others.

 

 2. Turn off your cell phone before you arrive and remove any jewelry our other accessories that may interfere with our efforts to tend to your care. 

CLINIC CULTURE & FLOW (Outside)

—PARKING is out back, out front, and on the street.

 

—USE THE CLINIC ENTRANCE out back and ring the bell if you're schedule for a private session.

 

—USE THE STUDIO ENTRANCE in the front if you're registered for a class or other group event.

—WEAR A MASK in common areas. Your therapist will inform you of any other times that it may be appropriate to remove your mask.  

—PLEASE DO NOT, at any time, knock on any doors, as this could disturb sessions in progress. 

 

COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOL

Please wear your mask in all common areas and during all appropriate times

during your session, as instructed by your therapist 

 

RESCHEDULING & CANCELATION

We understand that unexpected life events occur (i.e. sickness, car trouble . . .).

You are welcome to reschedule/cancel your appointment electronically if you do so at least 49 hours in advance.

Communicate Intention to Reschedule/Cancel

To reschedule/cancel 48 or fewer hours in advance, text us at 502-821-0305.

To reschedule/cancel last minute (within an hour) text us at 502-912-0468.

(Include your first and last name in the text message)

Cancellation Policy
= 25 - 48 hours in advance = eligible for a 50% refund
= 0 - 24 hours in advance = not eligible for a refund

= If a tip was submitted in advance, it will refunded in full.

If you must cut your appointment short for any reason,

payment for that time is forfeited.


Rescheduling Policy:

​= 25 - 48 hours in advance = $30 Reschedule Fee will apply
= 0 - 24 hours in advance =considered a cancellation; not eligible for a refund
= If a tip was submitted in advance, it will refunded in full.

RUNNING LATE

1. If you are running late, text us as soon as possible.

2. If you are 10 minutes late, and you have not communicated with us, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and full payment will be required.

GIFT CERTIFICATES, BUNDLES & SUBSCRIPTIONS

Gift Certificates, Bundles & Subscriptions are non-refundable. However, the purchaser is welcome to reassign the person/persons who receive the benefit of care.
